• A successful spa owner for 35 years, specializing in hosting events and parties
• Over four decades of experience in party planning
• An exceptional culinary skillset, spanning beyond 40 years, as well as over four decades as an instructor
• Taught the Cooking for Life course at Indian River Community College and Martin County Adult Education
• Renowned as an international speaker and writer
• A passion for table setting

The following is a list of my qualifications:

• Professional Chef, Vegan Pastry Chef, and Plant-Based Chef certifications from Rouxbe School of Cooking
• Completion of an online course by Top Chef
• Completion of an IRSC nutrition course
